I'm confused, did he trade two Daniel Radcliffe's for the Miley? or the one he said he had to trade & showed a photo of, was not the one you received? but rather a photo of someone else's? :neutral:

Ever since the recent scams going on, I've been extremely leery of buying anything on here these days. Mainly because there's no mods to step in and handle situations like they used to. It's kinda every man for themselves if a deal goes wrong. :neutral:

a short summary of the deal Leonel9 and I agreed on:
- In exchange for my Miley card, Leonel offered me 2 different Daniel Radcliffe autographs (I wanted 1 for my sister, 1 for myself). He showed me 2 photos of the 2 autographs via PM.
- We agreed that Leonel sends only 1 Daniel to me first. After I receive it, I send Miley to him. After he recieves Miley, he sends me the 2nd Daniel+20 USA Forever stamps.

- I already received the 1st Daniel autograph from Leonel, it was in poor condition though, but it's the same like in the photo he showed me.
- The Daniel autograph you see above ( http://i1185.photobucket.com/albums/z35 ... qbrdkb.jpg ) is the "2nd one", in other words the one that Leonel is supposed to send to me after he receives Miley.
But apparently it belongs to a totally different person http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/daniel-radcliffe-autograph and now I'm waiting for Leonel's explanation before I send out my Miley.
I do not intend to scam Leonel, I just want to avoid being scammed myself! So if he can show me a NEW photo of that "2nd" Daniel autograph with a piece of paper that says his username, I will apologize and send out his Miley.

.......Actually, I explicitely asked Leonel to send the autograph pictured above first, but he just sent the other one without even asking me beforehand if it was okay (because it isn't). He just sent it and told me about it after it was already mailed...

I see. I know only several people received one 4x6 per request when they wrote to daniel, so not sure if he even got two, unless he traded with that person for hers. :neutral: Hoping your able to get it all worked out!

"You send me 40 stamps after getting Miley"? You are not in the position to set the conditions of this trade. I already discovered FIVE of your lies towards me and other members:

1) "My" Daniel auto. http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/daniel-radcliffe-autograph 2 days ago you said it's "ready to ship". I discovered that you never had it, then you admit you planned to send me your Selena signed CD instead?!?
2) Which leads us to your 2nd lie. Didn't you trade the signed Selena CD with "GomezCyrusStaub" in exchange for 4 of his autographs? viewtopic.php?f=149&t=236643 You said you already sent his CD and that he claimed he never received it, so why do you still have it?? Did Selena gave you a multiple signed CDs? You never sent the Selena to "GomezCyrusStaub".
3) Your "Miley IP success" that you "got in LA" http://leonelsautographs.webs.com/apps/ ... =143765295 is actually taken from this website, you just removed the personalization "To Mark"

4)You also lied to "verkoka" about sending out his stamps after he sent you his autographs. viewtopic.php?f=127&t=238916&p=1017826#p1017826 You took a photo of the stamps&envelope but never sent it and you will pull the same trick with me.
5) And another stamps scam. I'm actually surprised how many times this trick works: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=240115

All this more than enough to make me lose all trust I had in you.
You will never send any stamps if I send Miley first. So please send your stamps first and I'll send Miley to you registered.

I already gave that Daniel to my little sister who loves Harry Potter more than anything. I can't claim it back, but even IF I did, I'd require you to pay me $1.5 for return postage, because I won't use my own money for people that suddenly back out of an agreement after shamelessly lying to me.

I don't want to steal your property though, so please complete the trade with the stamps and I'll send Miley. Think about it, IF I really intended to scam you, I could've easily claimed that I "never received anything from you" or I could've ignored your messages. But I didn't do that. So why are you refusing to trade the stamps with me?

You know what: Send 1 sheet of 20 USA forever stamps first, then I send Miley and then you send me the 2nd sheet of stamps okay? This is my FINAL offer to you. If you still insist that I send Miley first or that I send Daniel back, sorry I won't.

Its not EVERYONE...just when you caught this user in LIE #1, you should've ended it, NEVER four lies later. But what celebs are you looking for? And the MATURE members on this forum (Such as Ryan, Myself, ECT) wouldn't screw u over like that.
