When to start sending to Spring Training?

When to start sending to Spring Training?

So my favorite team is the Giants and the pitchers and catchers report February 18 and the position players report February 23. Should I send it so it will get there the first day, a few days after they report, a couple weeks after? What's you opinion and if you're sending to ST, when are you sending? Thanks! :)

I would send it before they come just ask the place to hold it for you it should work.
