photos curling help

Anyone know how to stop photos curling or have this problem?

I store them in a acid free photo albulm but some not all have curled a bit :-( the albulm is kept in a dry , cool place away from sunlight

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I would put it in a binder of some sort so it gets flat.

I put mine in top loaders. I'm over protective but it works very well.
