I've tried Brady and Suggs, but no success yet, they have a bunch of Giabts players in it so i'm defenitely going to try them. As always, i'll let you know if I get any successes.

Let me preface this by saying it really depends on the player and the team you're sending to. Keep in mind some of your bigger names may not sign at all. With that being said...

I find that the best time to send is anywhere between July and the end of the season if you're sending c/o team. I say July, because it's right around when camp starts. Teams obviously have mini-camps and OTAs, but I haven't seen a lot of successes during these events. Some teams will also forward their mail during the offseason, but this isn't very common in my experience. If you're sending to a player c/o home, now is a good time actually. You usually want to wait up to a month after a team's season ends, since a lot of guys will go on vacation and just get away from football for a while. I would stop sending to home addresses the second training camp starts, unless you want to wait for a player's bye week.

Hey group. Just wanted to give an update on my recent success(es). Today I got my Bills Mini Helmet back from Bruce Smith. It was personalized. I used the Hall of Fame Address. I sent it Dec. 5. Word of caution. I used a box. He aparently did not have any of the clear tape you use for boxes. Instead, he used regular masking tape. I am truely surprised it made it to me in one piece or at all. I pulled it out of my mailbox and it was literally hanging by one piece of tape. That is the third of my mini helmet successes out of four tries so far! My list so far is Bobby Bowden, Warren Moon, and Bruce Smith (all successes!) with a mini helmet to William Perry out. But, I'm pretty sure it will come back. Thanks guys!

Still waiting on my Shaun Alexander... I sent it out on August 18, and have seen several successes that were sent way after I sent mine.. Anybody else have some frustrating stories like this?

Dirk Nowitzki, Matt Barkley, Benjarvus Green-Ellis, Frank Gore all 4 months old and no success. But I got two successes today that I thought were goners... Devin McCourtey and Christian Ponder
