I'm not a handwriting expert nor an autograph collector. Having said that, I'd like to think that this is real. The "F" is not quite as loopy as some that I've seen, but I remain undeterred. That is, until someone pops my bubble.

Well, it was just a matter of sitting down and doing it, plus the fact that there is a time crunch, since it is Project Birthday Present. My deadline is tomorrow, so I'll not be sending out anymore come Friday.
When I started this project two weeks ago, I watched some videos on YouTube by guys like Zane Savage, Stacy Shaffer, Bosshog797, and so on. My verdict: talking about autographs can get old fast.
No disrespect meant to those guys in particular, as some of the information they provide has been helpful to me, but their videos ramble on WAY too long, and after watching so many videos in a short period of time, it has all blended together in my brain.
In the end, I admire those who do it and are successful at it. But I could never, ever do the whole autograph thing on a daily basis. Two weeks of this has been more enough for me.
But thanks, ScottishDan! I'm happy with what I've received so far, so anything beyond this will be a bonus for my friend's birthday.

Haha, yeah, I've seen a couple of those videos as well. a lot of them are into the Trading/selling aspect of it, I simply write to people I admire and my intention is to one day pass my collection down to my future kids to enjoy. I don't really call myself a 'hard core collector' since I don't write to everyone who is famous or has had their 15 minutes of fame.

It looks like your Fisher might be a secretarial. A couple people have looked at it who know her signature style very well. I know she did broadway a little while back and she wouldn't even sign fans playbills TTM, even after she asked them to send them to her.

And I can understand if she is hesitant to sign. I'd hate to be in her position, to be honest. Having said that, hope you receive a genuine signature from her one of these days.

Hello, again! Today, March 8th, I received a TTM response from none other than Sesame Street's Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch himself...Mr. Caroll Spinney.
I'm so happy right now. He signed a happy birthday greeting to my friend from himself, Big Bird, and Oscar. He even drew a tiny but still awesome Big Bird drawing on the envelope, which was the only indicator that it was from him.

And I mailed out one last LOR, with two 4x6 photos and an SASE, to...Henry Winkler. So that's 102 total. And now, I'm done.
Although I would like to make a request to anyone who might be willing to help a brother out. I sent an LOR to Tony Shalhoub (because "Monk" is my friend's favorite TV show) but I know it probably won't reach him.
I am tempted to buy a six-month subscription to the Savage List for $12, but all I need is one solitary address. I would be willing to pay or trade something for Tony Shalhoub's private fan mail address, but I'd like it to be less than $12, since I'm not going to be sending out any more LORs, and the subscription would end up going to waste.
Any suggestions?

Having been at this since February 22 of this year, I have to say I'm surprised at how this project has gone thus far.
Today, March 10th, was a 2 package day, one TTM and one e-mail. The e-mail success was a personalized 8x10 from Neil Sedaka, and the TTM success was a very friendly, personalized 8x10 from Alex Trebek of "Jeopardy!". Both took 17 days! Wow.
