How many IRCs do I need? (United Kingdom)

Generally, all I send is one 8.5" x 11" photo, a small piece of cardboard, a return manila folder/envelope, and a letter all in a manila folder/envelope. Usually, whenever I send across America I need four stamps. I thought, maybe, two IRCs. Can you help? Thanks!
