This is a pre print for a fact. I have the same one....
I wrote to Victoria via Red light management and they replied with a photo with a pre printed signature. MY SASE, the return address was some P.O box.
Someone tried the P.O box and got thier items back signed so therefore using the P.O box brings back an authentic response.
