I believe her autographs to be authentic. Maybe she pre-signes a bunch and mails them out when letters come in. I got her in 2011 and love that photo. Congrats!

Instead of sending in a request, it's much, much easier to go and see them at a meet or something... I went and ended up getting Nastia Liukin's autograph on a red, white, and blue leotard... takes a less amount of time Hope I helped )
