What an idiot. He cannot file mail fraud on someone who backed out of a trade. They haven't committed fraud because he hasn't sent anything. You have to steal using the post offices to be able to report mail fraud - and since he gets things and does not send them out - HE is mail frauding and that IS a serious crime. If I wanted to get him a bunch of shit I most certainly could. But I have a life and I could care less about this user & I haven't gotten scammed by him. If the people who actually got scammed by him wrote letters and called to the apprioate places - I guarentee he'd into some kind of shit. But you all have to do it - not just one or two.
