So, the Walking Dead filming has started up for Season 3. Does anyone know if we use the same address as last year?

Are you sure it has already started? I've read somewhere that they will start it on 31st of May but I am not sure.

if it's said on their FB, that's right. I was probably mistaken or maybe they changed the date. Anyway it would be cool if someone posted their VV addy.

Alright people. Filming started on May 7th. Since Holden and Reedus posted the production office address on twitter, you should all be able to find it.
PM me if you're not able too.
Also, today I got back my poster from the 2nd half of the 2nd season, from the writers. Autographed by Mazzara, Gimple, Kang, Kirkman and one other that I can't translate. It was sent to the writers office in LA. I got the address directly from Mazzara, so I won't be able to give it out but I wanted you all to know that the writers and producers sign as well.
I've got 18 envelopes going out today. Here's to getting successes for Season 3!

Recieved Chandler Riggs from his agency. This makes 3 in my collection and I will hopefully be able to add more to it. I just wanted to wish everyone good luck to everyone as we head into Season 3 filming. Looking forward to hearing all of your successes.

Since I've gotten numerous PMs from so many of you with questions about what to write or what to send, here's a few helpful tips. And keep in mind that I've gotten returns from every cast member that I've sent to over the past two seasons. I'm not trying to brag, just trying to help you all get the amazing successes that I've gotten

1. Send a hand written letter. It's more personal for them to know that you've taken the time to actually meet paper and pen. Use your best penmanship and grammar, and try to keep it under two pages.

2. Talk about what you like about the show, their character and their other bodies of work. NEVER just send a letter only asking for an autograph. I always save the autograph request for the last paragraph.

3. Keep your items to a small ammount. I wouldn't send more than 3 items. I usually send 1 or 2 4x6 photos and a comic book. Although this early in the season I did have to send just comicbooks to the new actors.

4. Always write DO NOT BEND on your envelope. The postal service won't send those pieces of mail through the machines and there's a better chance of you getting a return that isn't damaged.

5. Always include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope. ie. S.A.S.E.

6.I always give them the option to personalize the autographed item. I feel this let's them know that you're not just going to turn around and resell the autographed item like so many people do.

Remember when there were only 4 or 5 of us who sent them fanmail? Oh how we've grown as a group! I hope this helps you all. Here's to many Season 3 Successes!!
