Those are exactly the kind you need. 
If you are sending a small envelope (6X9 or smaller) you will only need one of those 1.05 stamps. If the envelope is large it will cost 1.75-so two of those stamps.

Personally I always put 2x$1.05 on each envelope. Because sometimes fanmail takes a long time and prices go up every year
