Could anybody tell me if I can still use the pictured us stamps and what's the current value of the purple ribbon one is?

i've got a few of them i think there about 50/45 cents stamps
requests sent out;

Yes, the stamps are still usable.

Forever stamps are currently valued at 45 cents.
