I feel like there are a lot of people asking the same questions about US stamps and how to use them. I figured it would be so much easier to just have a place where people could ask the questions and get quick answers.
One of the most common questions I see is if US stamps can be used to send things from Canada to various parts of the world. They cannot. Just like stamps from every other country, US stamps can only be used in the US, meaning only for requests INSIDE the US. They cannot be used as return postage for any other country. What is special about US forever stamps is that they never lose their value and as postage prices go up (or down, but I think we all know that will never happen ), the value of the stamps rise as well. I may be wrong (I'm not too familiar with the UK postal service), but I believe that UK 2nd class stamps are like this as well.
If anyone has any other questions or anything to add, feel free to reply!

The UK actually has many non-denominated stamps - I'm not sure of the entire list, but I believe there's 1st class, 2nd class, 1st class large letter, 2nd class large letter, as well as european airmail and international airmail in various weight values. America of course only has one non-denominated stamp, the forever stamp.
Thanks for your input on UK stamps! The UK post office is crazy....!

You need to put US stamps on the letter being mailed within the US (So the SASE) and Canadian stamps on the letter being mailed in Canada (so the outside letter).
