To be honest I never have sent photos, don't know whether I am being cheap but have always had one of their publicity photos sent back.

I sent a photo to the same address 2 weeks ago and got a letter back yesterday saying that Miriam was out of the country working and they sent 2 pre signed photos. (same pic as above)
