I sent this to the NY address in the database. Came back from Georgia for some reason. I sent them a long time ago.

He is not in Atlanta, GA at the current moment...
how do people STILL "believe" these are real?

just because the return address says GA doesnt mean it was actually mailed in GA... ive mailed stuff from the Bahamas on vacation and had a return address of where i live in FL.

But that's where it goes and that's where the signer lives. It's not being forwarded so in THIS CASE it was mailed in GA {up} Enough excuses.
