That's good advice- Thanks!Ripsqueak wrote:I wouldn't buy from the autographstore. They do tend to have some hits but more often than not I'd say they're misses. I find it odd that they tend to have several photos signed of one individual at the same event then looking at the signatures & notice there isn't a difference in signing. For instance, if you have one person you're able to get at a movie premiere to sign a photo there is no way their signature style will be exactly the same for each photo signed during the rush. If that makes sense. There is going to be variation. I'd say do some major research on a signature you're interested on there. If there is a date provide of so called signing --research the likelihood of that signing.

Re: Autograph Selling Websites Help!
autographstore - I looked thru 15 items before I found a Heath Ledger for $25.
Thats all I needed to see to make my judgement.
Way too many A+ hard to get names at $14.99 for me to even try taking them seriously.
Has large cast signed items for $15 as well.
Either this guy is a complete & utter moron... or some of those signatures are unquestionably fake. Some of the items look real... but when I see nearly impossible to obtain people for $15 repeatedly... any credibility they have has gone out the window.
iconographs - I cant figure out how to look at larger scans of the images. everything is thumbnail size (or I am missing something) so I cant really say.
Odd thing with BOTH sites, no proof galleries anywhere. Nothing showing them getting autographs from ANYONE anywhere. I would be pretty concerned on WHERE they are getting these from. Some might be legit...but with the prices of 1, the scans on the other, no proofs from either anywhere on their sites.... I would stay far away.

There are some good dealers on AFTAL and UACCs websites, I know they won't guarentee authenticity but they're legit endorsements to have

Favourites: Matthew Lewis, Michael Sheen, John Simm, Danny Devito
Milestones: 1: Matthew Lewis, 10: Danny Devito
Collector Since 2012

Why are people saying "I wouldn't buy anything from either of them." and ect...?
They have authentic items on there..!
They have authentic items on there..!

Britney Spears==>> 6 #1 albums. 2 diamond albums. 8 platinum albums. 400+ awards. 200M+ records sold. Britney has sold over 45 million records this decade despite only releasing three albums. Globally, Britney has more #1 singles than any other female artist except Madonna and Rihanna. "Oops!...I Did It Again" by Britney is the 5th best selling album of the 2000s decade worldwide. Britney is the only female artist to chart her first seven albums in the top two of the Billboard 200. Britney has achieved at least one #1 album in 3 different decades (90's, 00's, 10's). Britney is the first solo female artist from the 90's to reach 1 billion Spotify streams. Despite NOT even being a single, 'Tom's Diner', ft. Britney , has become Giorgio Moroders best-selling digital track. 2015 Billboard Awards ratings reached a 14-year high, with numbers peaking during Britney's performance. She IS the princess of Pop. Also be careful of those saying they're "endorsed" by AFTAL & UACC..a lot of the time, they're not even on the official list!
@dancingirl1, they probably do have authentic items on there..autographworld, from personal experience, has more often than not questionable items. If I buy an auto, I know what i'm looking for and from my experience autographworld didn't offer anything legit for me. Hits & misses.

theres also lots of forgers in those groups as well. Granted, not as many as the general public...but still, I would say they are only moderately more credible than anywhere else.Nathk92 wrote:There are some good dealers on AFTAL and UACCs websites, I know they won't guarentee authenticity but they're legit endorsements to have![]()
