Are you saying the production company is in a different country from where filming takes place? If so, a friend of mine has done that before and the production company forwarded it. It can work but it is a unlikely chance.

Sorry for my bad english , I want to mean: What happens if the actor that I want to send a fan letter is filming in another country? He is from UK, and the address that I have is from there, but he is currently filming in US.

you can send it to the celebs agency.. some will forward it to the person or some will send you a note back saying sorry blah blah blah or you can try sending it to the actor Via Venue (the set of the film he's working on)
