if your not bothered about getting pre-prints
you could try celeb merch/studio fan mail
they have alot of celebs,its free via an email
requests sent out;

If you just want to send an LOR, then there are a few people, but not many who respond. You will get more successes and it's polite to pay for postage.

Unfortunately a lot of those celebs don't respond at all much less without having postage paid for. They are busy and like to have things all ready to go and very convienient for them.
