Was wondering if they pass on Fan Mail? Found this address:

You can send fanmail, and they pass it on. However I have only seen few successes from them, so it just depends on luck and who signs, I suppose.

I know this is a long-shot, but I was going to try Lucy Hale through this address. I saw she just signed a record deal with them and thought maybe she'd sign at a new address.

I wouldn't. She signed a record deal means nothing. She could be dropped. I wouldn't do anything till its official. I never even heard of her signing this deal... ._.
