Do not send to anywhere in the US. Meaning, don't send to the US because that address doesn't work. But that doesn't mean he doesn't reply to the US.

if i recall correctly i sent him a SAE and a few dollars for postage hopefully he'll get around to them soon

dollars? dont you mean pounds£ as hes in UK?
hope he should reply to you he said to someone else that you can get an internation postal slip or something so he is accepting IRC

considering the fact im in the US and dont have pounds .. no i sent him USD
he can save the money for when he travels back to the US or have it exchanged at a currency exchange location
ive always sent a few USD to the potter actors and never had a issue
