Sending from Europe to UK

Hi,

Just wanted to know how many IRC I have to include when sending a letter, 2 photos, a SAE, a piece of cardboard from France to UK.
1 or 2???

I would send 2 IRC's.

I am from Canada and to get something back from the UK I usually need 2. I hope that this helps and Good Luck!

I sent out my letter today including 2 IRC's, because France is relatively close of UK.
