Hi I am just starting Harry Potter Autograph Collecting! I live in the USA and wanted to send to Maggie Smith since she is my favorite actress of all time. Will she send back if I put a few $ us dollars in the envelope? Or does she use IRC's?

OMG! My best friend (who's coming home to me now and then feeding my guinea pig when I'm away) just told me there are THREE envelopes waiting for me at home! I'm so terribly excited!! :D I know one is from Matthew Lewis, and the two others I don't know for sure, but one of them might be Alan Rickman (even if it's a failure or a success) and one might be Shirley Henderson, but like I said; I really don't know! Aaaah, so excited to get home from holiday on Friday!!

you don't even have to send her cash or anything. I sent her a SAE and got both my pictures back signed. So all you need are the photo's and return envelope with a LOR.

Oh wow! Thats amazing! I haven't gotten anything in a while...but that might be due to me not sending out as many letters :roll: :lol: . Postage here in Canada is outrageous, but I'm sending Gary Oldman today to his filming address in Toronto :D. And I'm awaiting quite a few replies from TYAPS (the young and prodigious spivet) as well as some from Sweeney Todd- The demon barber of fleet street.

OMG! Today, when I got home from holiday, there where freakin' FOUR envelopes waiting for me at home!! Gaaaah! I screamed, hahha! :D I'm so so excited, and I can't believe my own luck or eyes! I got authentic successes from Matthew Lewis (x4 + note!), Shirley Henderson (x2 + note!), ALAN RICKMAN (via CBGB!!!! Thought I'd never get it back!) and a Preprint from Daniel Radcliffe's agency!!! OMG I'M SO HAPPY! Can't stop fangirling! These are my second, third, fourth and fifth TTM successes, and I couldn't be more pleased! :D I'll be posting the successes later today!
