I sent it a Autograph Request to this address and they replied with an Authentic Autograph I dont think its Pre-printed. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to get back to me. I says they shipped it on August 3.

a good way to tell is if you hold the writing up to lighting and see if you see the shiny strokes from the marker.

I went to the feedback page on the official website and asked them to send me a picture. When I got the pictures, the envelope had the same return address that you used.
