Where is best to print pictures? NOT WALMART

Unread post by Olive08 »

I went to Walmart because they offered 25 free photos. I drove 30 minutes to pick them up, and they refused to give them to me. There was a red copyright stamp on it and they didn't give them to me. Should I try to print them at a different Walmart (one thats not a supercenter) or try CVS or somewhere else?

Go Walgreens on photos when you need em quick , CVS photos' gloss will stick to envelopes and if your sending more than one photo they will stick together really easily, and their quality is lower than Walgreens! Never had a problem with copyright either.

Not true @ all! The quality of CVS pics are GREAT if your provide a HQ picture! LOL! And stick together? LOL! Not true again. Why the hate about CVS from everyone. CVS is GREAT! Been using them for almost 5 years! "Never had a problem with copyright either" with CVS 8)

Britney is the only female artist to chart her first seven albums in the top two of the Billboard 200. Britney has achieved at least one #1 album in 3 different decades (90's, 00's, 10's). Britney is the first solo female artist from the 90's to reach 1 billion Spotify streams. Despite NOT even being a single, 'Tom's Diner', ft. Britney , has become Giorgio Moroders best-selling digital track. 2015 Billboard Awards ratings reached a 14-year high, with numbers peaking during Britney's performance. She IS the princess of Pop. For some reason my Walgreens wouldn't print my pictures because of copyright. And then they started giving me the riot act about the fine and etc.

It's down to the individual store with these chains. What you experience at one Walgreens location in terms of quality, service and copyright for example doesn't mean it's the same at another Walgreens location, so you can't really review them as a whole.

CVS photos have been poor for me all the time, the quality is always worse when I redeemed the free 4x6s and received them they were all stuck together. Yet, I send them to Walgreens and the image looks perfect, and there always High Quality images. When I received a TTM with some that did unstick, they stuck to the envelope! Copyright problems with CVS are numerous on message boards for autograph collecting, which is why people tend to order from High Quality Labs such as Adorama, or if in a rush, Walgreens.

well then maybe you need to go to a different CVS. Because if the photos are 1000 x 1000 (AT LEAST) it will turn out wonderful..I actually just printed out a photo last night of Mary J and it was lovely.. I would LOVE to see a photo that is in "poor quality" from cvs..because I don't buy what you're selling. I have been going to CVS For about 5 years and always loved how my 8x10's have come out. NEVER had any copyright issues either. And you don't know where people print things from so saying "which is why people tend to order from High Quality Labs" because I have seen A LOT of people saying that Walgreens has a copyright issue now ....so Walgreens will be the next place that you will have to cross off your list....watch. But where is this "LQ" photo from cvs? 8)

Collectors who have time prefer to order from photo labs because of the quality or paper, chemicals, and premiere matte/border options. You don't have to buy what I'm saying, I could care less. On veteran collecting message boards, it is well known that CVS is not well liked, but you can do whatever you like, thats fine.
