This past Wednesday (5/16), I got my custom index card back signed by Jerry Lewis. However, after comparing the autograph on the card to other confirmed authentics online, it appears this is most likely a secretarial signature as it is too "tight" (unlike Mr. Lewis' sloppier signings). The address I used was Jerry Lewis, c/o Jerry Lewis Films Inc, 2820 West Charleston Boulevard, Suite D33, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The request was sent on April 25, 2012 (21 days total).
Here is the index card:

Re: Jerry Lewis (Secretarial)
thats sad to hear he was good to his fans for years time catching up
Re: Jerry Lewis (Secretarial)
Most def a sec. Sad to hear as was said above. He always signed for his fans as was accused of sending secs by dimwits for years.
If you saw his signature within the last few months, it was getting very very shaky. I hope he will get better.

Yeah, I don't know who signed that, but it sure isn't Jerry Lewis' distinctive handwriting. I hope that whole MDAA mess hasn't worn him down. The MDAA was disgraceful in its mishandling of the situation. Jerry Lewis was always very considerate of his fans. My prayers are with him.
