Is sending US cash to international celebrities acceptable?

If you send US cash to an international celebrity, will they respond? Can you make a SASE with US forever stamps for an international celebrity? If so, how many US forever stamps would you include for postage? I am just wondering because I want to increase my international success rate.

ive always sent cash with a SAE to the UK actors and its worked..

if you send a SASE to another place those stamps wont work over there.. US stamps only work within the US so sending wouldnt be an issue .. sending from the UK to the US on US stamps wont work..they would need UK stamps to send back over here
