If they are there until the 22nd of September, than it is completely fine to send something.

Why are you wasting time? Just send it, the worst is that you can get a RTS, and it's still less than one month till September 22 so... from NARNIA :p to the UK...

It should be alright, I sent mine a week ago today, and havent got a reply back yet, but if you send it now, and dont get a reply by the time she finishes the show, there's always the chance she may take it back with her - to the agency or something and sign it You'll never know unless you try, so try it and see Good luck!
