So for the past couple of hours ive been trying to get my hands on some of those exclusive walmart Hunger Games trading cards (unopened) that they gave out at the dvd release party.

did anyone get them?

My walmart only had 10 PACKS to give out, other walmart stores had a lot more to give out. All I know is people are charging a fortune on eBay for them...

im mad cause my walmart didnt give any out.. im pretty sure those are all walmart employees that kept them and are selling them

im mad cause my walmart didnt give any out.. im pretty sure those are all walmart employees that kept them and are selling them

Would not surprise me if it is Walmart employees selling them... I know when I asked for a pack (which I didn't get because they were out) the lady in electronics told me they had 10 packs. And that they made sure they handed them out and didn't just let someone take them all, lol. I bet either employees took them or people were just greedy...ugh.

Nope, I didn't get to go to any of the parties nor do I know anyone who might have them. Some of the listings on Ebay or wherever seem like fakes though...even the 8x10s.

My Maria Howell response came today! I was hoping for a photo, but can't really complain about what she sent instead. There's this large card with her casting announcement printed on it. Inside she wrote a little bit about me starting at a new school, which tells me she read my letter. So she signed there, the outside of the card and the index card I included - using my name 3 times. I bet a batch of cards was recently made and will probably be sent to more people who write her.

One of the nicest replies I've had so far! Will try to post a topic sometime this week...currently recovering from dental surgery.

well i know the 8x10 can be true the walmart i was at was giving fans 8x10 of Alex (the ones he normally sends)

the autograph cards are a little bit diff. ive been able to get about 6 unopened packs off of ebay for about $40 .. hopefully they'll bring an autograph lol if not imma be pissed..

congrats on Maria! cant wait to see it. Im still waiting.. i think my mail will be delayed over the next few days thanks to this retarded hurricane.
