You can register for a Tumblr account (http://www.tumblr.com), where you can upload pictures and share them with other users and non-members. This is a blogging website, so you could use others like wordpress too if you wanted to.

Photobucket (http://www.photobucket.com) and other photo uploading sites allow you to post pictures and place them into albums, which you can then share on here or make private if you want..

It depends on what you're looking for.

Edit:
A lot of users also use webs.com to make a website to display their autograph collections.

If you just want to share photos in a photo album, and aren't too interested about putting information alongside the photographs then I would recommend that you register for a photobucket account. You can sign up with either Twitter, Facebook, or your own email account, and then you can create a public album with a custom URL (for example, my custom URL is www.photobucket.com/jacksautographs).

You can upload multiple photo files at once to Photobucket, which is a good feature for when you're uploading multiple pictures. Also, each picture can then be uploaded to any website, such as fanmail.biz or other forums, and then you can leave feedback and directly show the photos from your albums :)
