I would be really interested in seeing your Heath Ledger autographed Joker picture because Heath Ledger died before any photographs of the film had been released. At the time of Heath's death, Heath Ledger fans had been warned against buying signed movie merchandise from the new Batman film The Dark Knight, because no official memorabilia had been released at the time of Ledger's passing. At the time Ledger died, a representative for Warner Bros. Pictures, the film studio behind the project, insisted: "There are no Dark Knight posters, photographs, or memorabilia connected to the movie on sale yet. We are investigating how they have been pirated." There was one and only one photograph released as a teaser at the time of Ledger's death. So one way to know if you have a fake Heath Ledger autograph- if it's signed on any Batman related item except for the one released Joker photo. Sorry to say, but your Heath Ledger signature is probably not authentic. UACC or not.

Could you PM me the venue address? I can't find it anywhere and Mr. Hardy is one of my favorite actors.

Thanks

Valid points. However, there was one official autograph signing in late 2007 that not many people know about where the cast of the Dark Knight was signing officially licensed photos from Warner Bros (that were only obtainable at the signing)...It was in Chicago, at the old Chicago Post Office after shooting. A signing meant for cast/crew/families and the surrounding neighborhood.

Signed Ledger/Joker shots are out there. Finding someone who is willing to let one go is anther story.

EDIT: I have discovered that this signing occurred at the end of April 2007. After the April 18-24th shoot was over but before the shoots in September. They were using the old Post Office as the "Gotham National Bank" and the "Gotham Police Department".

clearly you don't know that the person could have gotten a whitesheet signed before he died and printed the photo on it after he died. The photo is signed either way if that is the case. Therefore, you and warner brothers have some catching up to do in this hobby because you're a bit behind the 8 ball on new graphing tecniques.

Trust me I know. I have seen posters that were "signed" that were not released until way after he passed. I will try to scan it later. The pic is the one of the extreme closeup of his face. I purchased it from a very respected UACC dealer.

Alright, here is the Ledger sig. I purchased it the day he died from a reputable UACC dealer. I purchased it as soon as their were reports on the local NY tv that a body was found in his apartment. The photo was the only Joker photo that had been released and was signed in August of 2007.
