David Bowie autographed pic authentic?

Hi guys! I bought this autographed photo several months ago. It came with a COA from star collectors...
I then proceeded to send it to ACE. NOW WAIT! I know what everyone is thinking! WHY WOULD YOU SEND IT TO THEM?
I read that they sometimes pass signed items as authentics when they are frauds.
BUT That was mostly when one was buying from them.
It has been authenticated 2 times...both coming back REAL with one as a lifetime guarantee.
But I know everyone is saying," COA's are meaningless."
True to some...but to me..they help.
I would love to hear what you all think. I have asked an autograph forum and got back 2 people(Who claim to have met him several times and each time got the same exact style autograph, which i dont believe). Styles can change when one is rushed, or whatever.
I also posted this on a BOWIE FORUM. Several people told me it looks authentic and one even said it looks like the one he had bowie sign on his back and got tattooed(I want one!)
