Via Venue - what do you put on the envelope?!

Hi

I wanna send to a concert arena soon, but I dont know what I put on the envelope.

I know you have to put it like:

(Artists Name)
c/o (Arena name)
(address)
(post code)

and include "please hold until (date)".


please could somebody draw me an example on paper, and upload a picture for me? I'd really appreciate it!

surely the manager of the star will supply a pen each night?

because to send a Sharpie, that'll class as a "package" as the envelope wont be flat, which will then cost extra to send to the venue, and to send the sharpie back with the picture...


I think I'll test it out next week and not send a sharpie, see if I get my reply back

I understand where you're coming from but to go send someone on a chase for a Sharpie is a pain. I also include in my letter NOT to send the Sharpie back.

No disrespect to anyone, I've always imagined the celeb to be sitting at a desk to sign the pictures (a desk which would have some pens on lol)
