Avenida Lineu de Paula Machado, 1263, Cidade Jardim - São Paulo, 05601-000, Brasil...Concert is on 10/20/2012... So what do you think, when and should I send them a letter...

I would send the letter a week or so before the concert, this way it will definitely get there in time. It's also helpful sometimes to email the venue prior to mailing the request to see if they will pass the letter onto the band.
