here's an ignorant question how does one send Via Venue for UFC fights?

FOR EXAMPLE (I'll be sending to Shogun & Siver via venue at KeyArena):

KeyArena
ATTN: UFC FOX5 FIGHTER, DENNIS SIVER
305 Harrison Str.
Seattle, WA 98109

When sending to Vegas venues & other hotels I like to get my via venue TTM there Mon/Tues of fight week.
Also, I wouldn't send anything smaller than a 9x12 envelope for via venue. (less likely to be disregarded)

One of the recent, cool via venue ttm successes I saw was Shogun c/o Staples Center.
Kicked myself for dragging my feet & not sending my cards after pulling them & getting the addy ready to mail!

I see a lot of concert VV on here and everything, and a lot of people put a "hold until" date on the envelope. Do you do that or just send it to get there on the Mon/Tue before the fight? I didn't know if it is OK to assume the person getting the mail would know where and to whom it gets to and when.

Whatever you prefer.
There's no harm in putting that on the envelope some where but I don't.
I personally assume the staffing knows what to do when I put to attn: "UFC FOX5 FIGHTER" (or even "UFC LOCKER ROOM")
Regardless I try to get my via venues to the addy on Mon/Tues, so I'll send on the Friday before.

I might try to get Sonnen that way when he fights in December. It never really crossed my mind to do the venue, I was so focused on their gym.

You can also purchase canadian stamps online, and if you spent more than xx dollars, shipping is free. I did this a few months ago - site isn't easy to navigate but I finally got some there

Three in the past few days:

Rob Emerson c/o MMAG addie
Muhammed Lawal
Jake Shields

And no idea on the other two as I sent to them over a year and a half ago each... probably addresses on MMAG or StarTiger. Love King Mo's signature... definitely different!
