Sending to Canada and need some advice

Unread post by Crazy_Kiss_Fan. »

So I have finally got some money saved up and got some more envelopes and a bit of extra cash. So I decided to get off my hiatus of autograph collecting and do some. So what I am doing is sending a couple of autograph requests to Robert Carlyle, Lana Parrilla, and Jennifer Morrison via the Once Upon A Time address. And it's Canada. So I'm wondering should I just go to my post office and get some IRC's? Or should I see about getting a few Canadian postage? I'm really not sure what would be best. Because I have tried a via venue before with Liam Neeson when he was in Canada filming a movie and never got a reply back and I used like 2 Canadian postage stamps. But I'm just not sure what would be best.

And I was wondering if anyone knows, about how much is Canadian stamps? I went to Canada before a few years back and bought some stamps to send post cards to family back home. But can't remember how much they were.

Please help me out. I'm sending these out not only for myself as I'm a huge fan of Once Upon a Time. But also for my friend Amanda. As if I get them early enough I'm going to give them to her for Christmas. As we both are huge fans.

Thanks for the help in advance.

I know Ginnifer got spammed at that set last year so I don't know if she will respond. Not sure about the others.

It is always best--in my opinion--to send stamps, that way they don't have to go into the post office to exchange the IRC for stamps, they can just drop my letter in the mail.

For a small envelope from Canada to the US is 1.05 in stamps. A larger envelope (8X10) will need 2 of the 1.05 stamps. To other parts of the world, it will be more.

Good luck.

Thank you! I wasn't gonna send to Ginnifer Goodwin just to Jennifer, Robert, and Lana. I know some members on here have gotten success from Robert and Jennifer. Haven't really seen any for Lana. But I'm gonna try, I'll go and get stamps from my post office. I think a roll of 10 stamps is like $4 or something like that for Canadian postage. And the biggest envelope I ever get for autographs is 6X9.
