Firstly, the search button is your friend. You can find out a great deal of information that was already posted this way. That'll save both people's time answering you and the likely snark filled responses you will get.
As for your questions, Fedor is one of the hardest gets in MMA autographs. He signs very little through the mail and his management company is not the most accommodating. That being said, most people familiar with Fedor know he lives in Russia (definitely not in CT). The best chance people have had in the past, at least all of the success stories I've heard are via venue successes. However, with the question up in the air on whether or not he'll ever fight again, this chance too have become diminished.
I wish you all the luck in getting the autographs you want, but if you want the harder ones to get you are going to have to work a lot harder than just posting on this thread. The contributors to this thread (myself included), unfortunately do not have all of the answers.
