I think OP wants to know the estimated cost from US to Paragay so she knows how many US$ or stamps to use for her SASE.
I would recommend weighing an envelope with a photo in (I assume you have kitchen scales for cooking) and input that weight into the US postage calculator provided. That should give you a good idea.
