How much should I charge for this? I think it has over 20 signatures

With half the signatures written over the market has narrowed for it. A lot of collectors don't like that on their posters or photos.

That's true, how much would you price it at?

What size poster is it? If it's a 20"x14" you're looking at maybe $45, and If it's a full size 36x27 you're looking at $75-$100 on eBay, and that's being generous. As cubsfan mentioned there is a lot of crossed signatures and as a collector of signed posters that's a serious price killer for me.

It's a magazine cutout. I think its more like an 8x10. Something around there

On eBay those usually don't draw a whole bunch, you've got a few nice signatures signatures on there like Punk, Eve, Sheamus, Rey, and Kofi so if you're going to sell it I would put the main focus on those since they're clear and not signed over. The big HHH signature doesn't stand out too much which would have been your money signature if it stood out and wasn't signed over. I stand by my guesstimate at around $45
