sportizus AKA autographs of the world

hi all just joined, thought i should since i am slowly building a collection up. my question is partly in the subject, i have a autograph that when it was bought 11 years ago was from sportizus.com, not sure if people know but they went into administration and the guy who ran sportizus now runs autographs of the world.com, my question is will the certificate and guarantee still be in effect that i have even thought the guy that signed it is still selling and in the trade but the company name he was under then is no longer? prob a odd question but i just wanted peace of mind. the autograph has a sportizus PSA hologram sticker on the photo and the certificate and the 3rd sticker would have been held by sportizus.
