MLB Fan Packs

Has anyone had success with these teams fan packs via E-Mail?
-Tampa Bay Rays
-Cincinnati Reds
-San Francisco Giants
-Washington Nationals
-St. Louis Cardinals
-Pittsburgh Pirates

The last time I wrote to the teams for a fan pack:

--The Rays asked that I mail in a written request to get a fan pack
--Didn't get a reply from the Reds
--The Giants said I had to join their fan club to get a fan pack
--Didn't get a reply from the Nats
--The Cards sent a fan pack
--The Pirates sent a fan pack
