Why Lock a Thread about a Person who has our money??

The thread "do Not Buy from BATMANFOREVER has been locked by Admins because Batmanforever reported the Thread.

I find this totally wrong that the Admins have sided with a person who has taken money from people on here (inc Me) when all we are trying to do is share are accounts with Others to prevent them getting ripped off.

There is nothing posted on that Thread that's in correct or against the Law.

Admin has no choice really because this site is about autograph collecting ans successes and not about personal disputes....Just how it is and i read your last comments and the big mistake you made was sending the paypal money "to a friend" Always click on purchasing a item and mention what you are buying in the comments so you later have proof it was a transaction and not a gift. So not only did this guy scam a bunch of people but he scammed paypal too lol Got out of paying paypal fees...This guy knows how to cheat people and get away with it like any good con artist :neutral: Sorry simon but i dont think you will ever see a dime. Yes this is about Collecting Autographs but there is also a Thread for Autographs for Sale so yes it does have to do with personal disputes.

If the admins don't like us airing our Personal dealings with those who sell, who then Con us then maybe they should remove the WHOLE thread and Ban all Users in using this forum to sell autographs.

But this Website is about everything to do with Collecting Autographs and Buying and selling Autographs is a LARGE part of this Hobby i am afraid.

Admin obviously felt it needed to be closed.

Perhaps if you had stuck to the facts in a reasonable tone, and not gone on about "taking a drive at the weekend wink wink", it would still be open.

I agree it went to far,too bad this guy cheated people but the old thread was getting way out of hand and this is a paypal matter and if simon had just said what he was paying for and not mislead paypal by saying it was a gift for a friend he would have his money back by now so live and learn and move on now because the money is gone and it turns out you were sending a gift lol

ACTUALLY THIS SITE IS A "DISCUSSION" WEBSITE WHICH MEANS PEOPLE CAN "DISCUSS" ISSUES RELATING TO THE TOPIC AND THAT'S WHAT WE WERE DOING. YES ITS ABOUT AUTOGRAPH COLLECTING AND SUCCESS BUT ITS ABOUT AUTOGRAPHS FOR SALE AND EXCHANGE ASWELL AND BUYING/SELLING/EXCHANGING IS A HUGE PART OF THIS HOBBY SO U R SLIGHTLY WRONG.

I agree with what you are saying but we all know about it now so why keep talking about it,you will have to let it go eventually and move on.
