On a PO Box, check the ZIP+4. The +4 will usually include the final 4 numbers of the PO Box. So, if it doesn't match, you probably have the wrong address. (for future reference)

Thanks for your help guys...I knew there were two different PO Boxes floating around out there & I chose the one off his website....which was wrong! :(
The correct PO Box went out this morning.

Sending out to Ronda Rousey (sweet pic of her with the UFC belt), Hector Lombard, Mike King (pro fighter at ATT, and friend of mine from high school), Mark Coleman, Tito Ortiz, and Mike Goldberg/Joe Rogan today.

Was going to send to Matt Hughes too, but when I checked mmagraphing.com, it said to include a $15 donation to his charity and wanted to make sure that was still the case.

Thanks to jug for the help with some photos!

Yes, it's still their wishes to have a donation sent for signatures. $15 is the "suggested" donation.
I corresponded with Brian to get the details for Matt to sign & added the info to MMAG.
FYI, I sent a UFC promo & a couple Topps with a $20 donation in the past & everything came back signed neatly.
Brian said that was fine before I mailed like that.
The donations are sent to the orphanage, and you will get a 'Thank You' letter from the orphanage when they receive it from Brian.
All Matt does is show up at Brian's house to sign the stuff received with donations; otherwise Brian takes c/o everything.

I guess that raises another question; are there any other Hall of Famers that don't sign well, more notably Royce Gracie?

..."for the love of Peter" I hope we can stay away from posting private/home addresses here.
Sharing stuff like this is best via PM. (IMHO)
It's cool the home addy worked for you, but Matt's wishes for fans to get signatures is via 3M Ranch Orphanage donation.
