That happens, but when you pay for the signature it's a slightly bigger issue. That said, the OP doesn't seem to actually care, so I doubt it's a problem.

Oh NO, dont get me wrong i am highly annoyed by this. i know the name is spelled several ways but i agree with you that if i had sent this TTM i would honestly not care. but I PAID for this, and what i have found is lack of actions i can take. i have sent now 4 emails, and i never once got any type of reponse. the fact that paypal said it was past the time that i can take action that way.i guess they give you like 30days or something. i am rather new to collecting autographs and this was was among the 1st of 2 that i paid for online vie their sites. i waited 3 months to get an autograph made out wrong, and i get no response from the site,store or anywhere else. so please if you can tell me what i should do please i am way open to suggestions. cause i am out of any i know of. thank you all for your feedback and help.

Daily emails, each pointing out how many times you have got in touch and what the simple issue is.
Find twitter/facebook accounts and post there too.

Make it quite clear you know this is a mistake, and that there was no malice intended in doing it but quite simply you don't have the item you paid for and this is not acceptable. Equally unacceptable is the length of time they took to respond to you.

In future if you pay via Paypal, make sure you put a claim in before the end of the period, if nothing else it will mean you get your money back.

thanks you i will give this a try and see what happens. but i have another question on the same type of issue with another Celebrity autograph as well as this one. on their sites they claim to have NO REFUNDS. in this case what do i do? cause on both sites it says no Refunds and i have the same problem with another actor that i ordered from back the same time as this one. and i have did the same tried email and what not and it has gone passed the time allowed by paypal. would i do the same thing you suggested? or is there another way around it? whatever happens this has really shaken my trust in ordering from celebrities sites. lol or maybe it is just my luck lol. thank you again for your help i will try it and will keep you all posted as for what happens. wish me luck and have a great new year!

I think you will find the law is on your side. No refunds doesn't work if you either haven't received your item or haven't received the item you bought. Daily emails etc, and phone calls if you can find a valid number should help.

jut an update on this issue at hand. i have sent 4 emails to the site mang. and the store site. and Paypal. paypal said that i ahve to work things out with the Site. as far as the site stil no return emails. the funny part was that i thought at one point maybe it was my email setting or something like that. it wasnt but i had thought of it. so still have not heard from the site mang., or whoever runs the store if and when i do i will let you know. if i do not hear from them soon i think i am gonna at least try to get my money back via the law...if i have to. i dont want to but they have ot learn so this will not happen to anyone else. thank you for your help and advice. i am glad i have this place to discuss these issues with people that can feel my pain.happy new Year!

I also made a purchase from his site and my name was spelled wrong! I agree with the person who said it's likely he pre-signs the photos and then someone else personalizes them. I'm really not all that bothered by it, but that doesn't make it alright. I was just glad it got here by Christmas, as I had bought one for a friend as well.
Anyway, now we're spreading the word on this site at least :/

No, her name's easy: Jess! It was fine. Mine was wrong on both the photo and the envelope.
