Yes, I am fully aware of the X Factor fan reward program that can be accumulated and redeemed and who does not send it-obviously. Even ttm requests are not necessarily sent from the person requested but their fan mail management team. What I want to know from the OP is whether or not there was an option of which judges and items to choose from.
