This is the address where you can request autographs from the show's host, Conan O'Brien and the band leader, Max Wienberg. Since the show is in NY, the CA address on his page doesn't seem correct.

Apparantly you just need to send the 8x10 envelope and they provide his photo, autographed. I intend to test it, but I have seen successes online on various sites.

There's a funny little thing.
Both links take you to a Conan O'Brien page.
