I agree with the last comment. I'd just check ebay sales to see what they go for with and without COAs, and on different types of gloves.

Something like that will only sell for what someone will pay for it. You're gonna be in the few hundred dollar range though most likely. Now that he is retired, his signature will be even harder to come across.
I would go with $250-$350ish.
