URGENT: 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 Prints Needed!

Hello Everyone,

So far I've tried everything! I have got images off google images in the hopes they'd print out HD but without luck. I've tried googleing every possible word to have HD pics comeup. Every time I take them to get printed, they NEVER turn out as clearly as I wanted. Perhaps it's not possible using pics off Google images? I have googled HD, HD wallpapers etc, etc. Has anyone else experienced this as well? And does anyone know of a website with 99-100% clear pics when printed? I also do not want to order online as I have done so before and they were terribly expensive and didn't look good either....wasted a lot of time (had to upload each at a time) and money. Or if you know of anyone who is reliable and can print them for me at their own home, please let me know. I will pay for them fairly.

Google images should work fine, as long as you select the correct size parameters. Some won't work, but 99% should be fine as long as the size and quality are high. I don't bother typing HD images, I just search and find big ones I like.

So I've already tried searching under large in google images. They still come out quite blurry.

Without meaning to sound rude, then you must be doing something wrong as images from Google's large category should be good enough quality to print up to 8x10 size, sometimes bigger depending on the image size, let alone small pictures.

Can you indicate who you are looking for and maybe provide some links to the images you're using? I'm at a loss as to what you are doing wrong, but there must be something as there's no way large images shouldn't print at 6x4 or 7x5. The general rule of thumb is anything size 800x600 should print at 10x8, and that (I think) is the minimum size for large images on google... so if they print at 10x8 size, they should print easily on smaller ones.

Seem big enough to me, I take it you are clicking "view original image" etc and not just saving them straight from the google image search page? I know that may sound daft, but worth checking. I'd see no reason why most of them shouldn't print fine.

Double checked a couple on my online photo uploader (ALDI) and they're showing as sufficient for 10x8, and perfect for 6x4/7x5 so you really shouldn't be having any problems as long as you're saving the proper sized image.
