hi how long does it take to get a reply i sent an autograph to matt smith in november 2012 or october and i havent got a reply yet and how do u know if there real or not

It can take anywhere from a week to several years.
Typically they respond within months so 4 months isn't long at all on the scale of things.
It all depends on the person.
I normally compare my autographs to ones being sold on ebay that were gotten in person.
Just compare your autograph to an in person signature.

Also it looks like here this person sent one and it took him 10 months to respond so you may have a long wait yet!

Great idea if you know the "in person" graphs being sold on ebay are real.

Most of them are not!

I have actually gotten autographs as long as 15 years after I sent for them.
