I used 6x9 yellow envelopes

You misplaced "SOUTH" in the street address but I don't think that's an issue.
When did you send them out?

BTW, the TTM returns that came back from Aldo were 9x12 ttm.

No, that's isn't the reason FACEPUNTER, becasue that's they way the address is written out on the Mandalay Bay website.

Maybe Aldo (and the other fighters) refused all larger envelopes.

When is the best time to send.then I wanna send to ufc 157 and what size envelopes

Send Fri/Sat so the mail arrives early in the fight week.
It's best to send in 9x12 envelopes and if ur sending cards use #10 or 6x9 sase.

The Aldo returns I've seen (4 of them) were all 9x12 ttm with 9x12 sase.
3 guys with 8x10s & 1 guy got 4/4 cards.
