Mail your via venue ttm so it gets there on Mon/Tues of fight week.
I was told a couple years ago by a guy playing in MLB that larger mailers aways get priority, rather than a stack of #10 envelopes. (6x9 envelope isn't much bigger)
Go big with a 9x12 envelope on the way there & whatever you want to use for sase.
This is what I do & I send cards not 8x10 photos like other guys.
Try to use peel & seal or self-adhesive return envelopes so they don't need to lick it shut.
You should be all set now.

question for chuck..
couple years ago i sent 2 8x10's he sent back both unsigned by a ufc promo signed/personalized

did you send more than 1 card and it not get signed, or did u only send 1 card?
